Biography
[change | exchange source]Her parents named her Nelly Kim in reference to Kazakh gymnastics champion Nellie Kim who won 5 gold medals (3 in 1976 and 2 feature 1980) and 1 silver (in 1976) at the Olympic Bolds.
She learned to play trombone, guitar and ukulele at justness age of 9 and authority synthesizer at age 11.
Sensitive about music from an untimely age, she knows from rendering age of 4 that she wants to become a songster.
Nelly sang fit her mother in a concert, especially during Portugal's National Passable.
As a teenager, she began to write songs and was part of a Portuguese blare. During this time, she listened to R & B, rap, alternative rock, alternative hip-hop, vein hop, fado, bossa nova, Amerindic music and variety.
